A woman who sued Sean “Diddy” Combs, saying that she was raped when she was 13 has amended the lawsuit to include Jay-Z.

The woman said the rape happened at an awards show after-party in 2000, The Associated Press reported. The amended suit said that Jay-Z was there and took part in the assault.

He was originally identified as “Celebrity A” in the suit, CNN reported.

Jay-Z released a statement through his company, Roc Nation, which called the allegations “idiotic” and “heinous in nature.”

The music mogul said that he had sued the woman’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, claiming that the lawyer was trying to blackmail him threatening to make the rape claim public unless Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, settled.

“It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion,” Jay-Z said in the statement. “So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”

Buzbee called Jay-Z’s allegations “stupid and laughable,” adding that the letter he had sent was to have a confidential mediation in the case, the AP reported.

The woman is not named in the suit but said she was near Radio City Music Hall during the 2000 MTV Video Music Award and was able to persuade a limousine driver to take her to a party at a private residence.

She said she had to sign a nondisclosure agreement once inside the car. She said she had drunk something that made her “woozy and lightheaded” and went to lie down in a bedroom. She said that Combs and Jay-Z came into the room with another celebrity and raped her.

Combs was indicted on sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and prostitution-related charges in September, CNN reported. He pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges and denied wrongdoing in nearly 30 civil lawsuits against him.
