“Letting Gen Z Edit My Videos” trend

The latest internet craze involves Gen Z employees giving their employers funky edits of videos. They’re usually a montage of the employer pausing to take a breath, saying “um”, or some other funny edit of them speaking.

One viral video on Instagram shows a local realtor pausing to take breaths over and over again. The realtor had given his Gen Z marketing manager several property tour videos to edit together. Instead she made the hilarious montage that has almost 3.5 million views.

Reading through the comments on the video is almost as entertaining as the video itself. Many Instagram users are demanding that the Gen Z employee get a raise!
